SPECIFICATION

Designed to meet OSHA and NFPA standards, our 45 Gallon / 170 Litre Toxic Chemical Storage Cabinet provides a secure solution for laboratories, research facilities, production floors, chemical plants, and industrial environments handling hazardous and corrosive materials.

This cabinet is engineered to store aggressive substances—including acids, bases, toxic liquids, and other hazardous chemicals—while ensuring long-term durability and corrosion resistance. All SAI-U® safety storage cabinets are constructed using 1.2 mm high-quality galvanized steel and coated with an epoxy-polyester powder finish, providing exceptional protection against corrosion and harsh chemical vapors.

The cabinet’s body, including sides, top, bottom, and doors, is double-walled with a 38 mm air gap, enhancing fire resistance. It includes two fireproof vents and stainless steel anti-corrosion hinges that allow the doors to open to a full 180° angle for improved accessibility. The manual-closing model features high-performance doors designed to shut securely and reliably during fire conditions, ensuring maximum protection.

STANDARDS & COMPLIANCE

SAI-U® FM Standard Safety Cabinets have earned both FM and CE Certification, and meet the OSHA 29 CER 1910.106 standard set by the United States Occupation Safety and Health Administration(OSHA), the NFPA 30 standard set by the American National Fire Protection Association(NFPA) as well as the Regulations on the Safety Administration of Dangerous Chemicals set by China State Administration of Work Safety.
